    @twizlers12 Yup, he sure warmed the bench for Everton. Lets see, he started against Arsnel, Chelsie, Man U, Man City… Came in in the 70th min against Hull City to score and assist. Yeah he was a super bench warmer!

    Maybe, but that’s because everyone knows that the best American athletes play sports that America actually cares about. Anyone from here will tell you that. That’s why we kick ass in the Olympics in almost every sport. Americans simply don’t find soccer interesting.

    I am trying to like Landon Donavan, but he doesn;t seem legitimate. He reminds me of over-hyped Lance Armstrong who was exposed as a marketing fraud. Besides, Landon DID fail to deliver us the World Cup.

    @1collegeconfidential Failed us? He stepped up for one of the most pressure filled penalty kicks any player could ever face, and he buried it PERFECTLY. He was a menace all over the field. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have as much talent around him as some playmakers, but then again we never saw much of what he could do with his Galaxy teammate Buddle, who has been scoring goals like crazy for both LA and the US leading up to this World Cup.
