@kabzbkny spoken as someone with no understanding of the game. I love Landon, class and quality, but Dempsey is the engine of this team. Period. He’s better on the ball, that’s not even debatable. He’s tougher and occupies defenders. His creativity provides opportunities for Landon, AND, in the big games, such as the Confed. Cup, Deuce is money. He’s been a stud in the EPL for years now. No doubt about it, Dempsey is the class of the squad.
Why does the media go on and on about Landon when he isn’t even the best player on the US National Team? Dempsey is better technically and more physical and I’d rather have him over Landon any day.
